The Department of Mathematics conducts both undergraduate and graduate education in Mathematics, Mathematical Statistics and Applied Mathematics. Our research encompasses the programs Algebra and Geometry, Analysis and Applied Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics
The Centre for Interdisciplinary Mathematics in Uppsala (CIM) facilitates novel and exciting joint research between the mathematical sciences and other disciplines and industry.
